You add each person's name and email. After the draw, Gift Compass emails everyone a private link that reveals only their assignment. They can scout gifts, set a buy reminder, and mark when they've bought.
We store participant emails only to send assignment and buy-reminder messages for this draw (about 120 days). That is transactional email for the exchange — not a newsletter signup. Hosts can also email themselves the private dashboard link so they don't lose access — still no account required.
